🛍️ Orders & Payments

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply choose your item, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. After that time, your order will begin processing and cannot be changed.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship internationally to select countries. If we don’t currently ship to your country, you’ll be notified at checkout.

Q: How long does shipping take?

Please note we require 1–3 business days to process your order. Once shipped, delivery takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location.

Q: Why did I only receive part of my order?
A: If your order contains multiple items or a back-ordered item, we’ll ship what’s available first. Remaining items will be shipped separately once available.

Q: Are shipping delays possible?
A: Yes. Due to international logistics and customs, delays can happen. Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

 


💬 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. To request a return, contact us at hellosejour@gmail.com.

Q: Can I exchange a product?
A: We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order for your preferred product.
